Computing Resource Application

The CRA is designed specifically to empower you. We understand that as roles evolve, so do the computing resources and access you might need. The CRA is your avenue to request and obtain those specific resources.

Before You Begin:

Know Your Role

The CRA process tailors access based on your role(s). Make sure you understand the exact requirements of your role. If unsure, have a quick chat with your supervisor or team lead.

Complete Multiple Times

Select the access you know you need now. When you are ready to gain more, then come back and fill out the form to select the additional access you need.

Documentation at Your Fingertips:

We've revamped our documentation! Now, each access type in the CRA comes with a clear description of what it grants. Keep an eye out for helpful tooltips and links.

Access Required

Welcome to the next step in your CRA journey! As you embark on this phase, it's essential to know that the CRA is structured to ensure precision in granting access. While some requests might simply require a checkbox, others need detailed information to ensure accuracy. Your access journey is grouped into four main categories below.

The first three categories will require additional input to help us get you set up. When you click a checkbox, it enables the form below.

Whether it's accounting software, project management tools, or HR systems, administrative and financial tools are the backbone of our operations.

Are you involved in managing student employment? AIS provides tools for Student Employment Management. If you're responsible for leave approval for faculty, staff, or non-student hourly personnel, AIS is your go-to platform.

As someone overseeing financial operations, you might need to approve organizational financial accounts. KFS offers the capability for you to serve as an ORG approver.

These drives and projects enable collaboration, file sharing, and departmental operations. Be ready to provide details about the specific drive and/or project you need to access. Check with a colleague or supervisor if unsure.

Aimed at streamlining departmental workflows, Filebound serves as a virtual file cabinet. Whether you're working on department-specific projects or need to access certain workflows, this is the section for you.

If you are looking to access our on-campus exclusive network drives, the Shared Drives section will grant you access to the J:/ drives.

For those needing to access or manage group or department-specific email inboxes.

Do you need to manage or view a group shared email account? Under the Departmental Mailbox section, you can request access to specific departmental or group email accounts.

Some emails are meant for specific sets of people. Distribution groups help in doing just that. If you need to be a part of a special selection of distribution groups, indicate your preference here.

Additional Access

This is the final category and is designed for quick requests. It contains other tools, resources, and permissions not covered in the main categories.

Browse through the list and simply check the box next to the access type you need. If you are not sure what the access grants, we suggest working with your supervisor and peers to understand if it’s something you will need. Advanced tools and access are usually requested after you have been in the position for some time.

Your gateway to academic catalog management.

Got some web wizardry up your sleeve? Web Access grants you the magic to edit the @csupueblo.edu website.

Skip the printer and pen! With DocuSign, you get virtual signature authority.

Helping students navigate the path to graduation? DARS Web offers degree audits for students, helping them stay on track you helping you advise them.
