Before You Begin:

Know Your Role 

The CRA process tailors access based on your role(s). Make sure you understand the exact requirements of your role. If unsure, have a quick chat with your supervisor or team lead. 

Complete Multiple Times 

Select the access you know you need now. When you are ready to gain more, then come back and fill out the form to select the additional access you need.

Financial tools are the backbone of our operations. 

As someone overseeing financial operations, you might need to approve organizational financial accounts. KFS offers the capability for you to serve as an ORG approver. 

This is the final category and is designed for quick requests. It contains other tools, resources, and permissions not covered in the main categories.

If you are not sure what the access grants, we suggest working with your supervisor and peers to understand if it’s something you will need. Advanced tools and access are usually requested after you have been in the position for some time.
